Whether you're an absolute novice or have dabbled in watercolours before, this course will help you grow as an artist. What to Bring: Just your enthusiasm and a willingness to experiment. All painting materials supplied Running Saturday afternoons - 31 May to July 12th - 2-4pm (excluding Sat 14th June) Draft course outline - I may modify this according to the needs of the group Week One - Intro to the colour wheel, supplies & the water to paint ratios Week Two - Mark making and texture techniques - Week Three - Reserving the Whites, thirsty brush & lifting out Week Four - Layering, translucency & glazing Week Five - Shading Week Six - Consolidate, pulling it all together & answering your questions
